The Second Graders had a challenge to see who could create the longest paper chain with only a glue stick and 1 piece of paper.  No scissors or tape could be used.  They had 15 minutes to create their chain.  After they created they chained, we measured them to see who had the longest chain.  After measuring our chains, we talked about what worked and what didn't work when making our paper chains.
