We are working with sound since it goes with our reading story.  We will be conducting several experiments exploring sound. A few of them are shown below.

 

*Experiment 1 - Students were put into groups of two.  One student dropped something into the circle cylinder then the other student had to try and figure out what they dropped from a list of different things.  The students had a hard time guessing what was being dropped.

Experiment 2 - Sound vibrations can move water.
